i must disagree. i personally (and, i know a dozen people with the same issue) - couldn't quit by cutting of litle by little. i tried several times, so as people i know..but noone ould'nt stop in that way its the best way to quit for good .

i belong to the serbian orthodox church and those "right left" isn't the only differences. we also "crossed" (ie. not shure how to translate- do the sign, maybe) with three fingers, not with 5 , the whole hand, like many Christians do..

i belong to the serbian orthodox church. it is closed to russian and also to greek church beacuse of brotherhood among serbian, russian and greek people through centuries. so i know very well about all the hipocracy in the greek church...
