To be honest with you, just study, if you were good at it and now "suck at it" then start studying. Give up all the other stuff you do (such as T.V.) and start studying. its as easy as that

if u go down to tobaki ya mariam under instrumental. there is a great group of songs by my church, st mary and stmena RI. It Is so good. i use it for relaxation and meditation and so on.
