Hey guys,
I had a question....abt communion...well we have to fast 9 hours before we take communion..rite...ok....my question is why exactly 9...why not less or more...wut's the significance of number 9 ?? I was just wondering abt it...

if i remember well it had something to do with Christ having suffered 9 hours on Good Friday, i'm not sure, so if anybody else knows ;D

i was told that it takes 9 hrs for ur stomach to be completely empty. So when we take communion we want our bodies to be completely empty so that the first thing that enters it is the body/blood of Christ. But thats only what i was told....not sure if its entirely correct or not :-\
