The hymn "Truly Risen (kama haqan)"

I was wondering if anyone had a link to download the hymn "Truly Risen (kama haqan)" please? I looked at previous posts and found that PrincessMary had posted a link to where you can download it from, however when i went to that link it wasn't working. So if anyone can tell me where i could get this hymn i would really appreciate it.

Is it possible to sing this song during Communion??
Also, is it possible to sing some taraneem for the Resurrection during Holy Communion???
