I think this would be very beneficial for me, in terms of memorization and following along. Where can I find this seemingly elusive PDF file?

well i don't know about a PDF, but on the hymn text library, the text is the there for the 3 langauges.
You can go to St. Shenouda and St. George Coptic Orthodox Church of New Jersey website, and go to the left sidebar and scroll ot where it shows Downloads and click Presentations. Then, you can download the trilingual St. Basil's Liturgy.
