It is not a song. It is the third chapter of the Book of Lamentations that is chanted on Good Friday (the twelfth hour). The book of Lamentations is a canonical book of the Old Testament:

The tune with which the cantors of the Diaspora chant the third chapter of the book of lamentations of Jeremiah is very different from the way we used to sing it in Egypt, that is, in my local church in most churches in Giza and Cairo. The way it is chanted in the the US and in Canada is the common way in many other places in Egypt, as everybody, immigrant and native, are familiar with it, but I prefer the way our leading chanter in Egypt used to sing it.

I will try to record him and get his permission to post it on sites if I get a chance to contact him. It is, in my opinion, by far more engaging for the listeners.
