سُوۡرَةُ الرَّحمٰن
بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
رَبُّ ٱلۡمَشۡرِقَيۡنِ وَرَبُّ ٱلۡمَغۡرِبَيۡنِ (١٧)
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ (١٨)
مَرَجَ ٱلۡبَحۡرَيۡنِ يَلۡتَقِيَانِ (١٩)
بَيۡنَہُمَا بَرۡزَخٌ۬ لَّا يَبۡغِيَانِ (٢٠)
Ar-Rahman
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Lord of the two Easts, and Lord of the two Wests! (17)
Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? (18)
He hath loosed the two seas. They meet. (19)
There is a barrier between them. They encroach not (one upon the other). (20)
Qur'an 55:17-20
سُوۡرَةُ الفُرقان
بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
۞ وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِى مَرَجَ ٱلۡبَحۡرَيۡنِ هَـٰذَا عَذۡبٌ۬ فُرَاتٌ۬ وَهَـٰذَا مِلۡحٌ أُجَاجٌ۬ وَجَعَلَ بَيۡنَہُمَا بَرۡزَخً۬ا وَحِجۡرً۬ا مَّحۡجُورً۬ا (٥٣
Al-Furqan
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
And He it is Who hath given independence to the two seas (though they meet); one palatable, sweet, and the other saltish, bitter; and hath set a bar and a
forbidding ban between them. (53)
