What evidence is there that Judas did or did not partake in the Last Supper?
Secondly, If he did (or did not) why does it really matter? It doesnt affect the validity of our communion one way or another.
These questions are mostly for RamezM and Biboboy to answer.
Thanks Guys.

Your priest is a good and intelligent man.
My question then: Is everyone communing is worthy of the communion? Is it not possible for unrepentant people to partake of the communion?
Before you answer look up 1 Cor 11:27 - 30.
We have ample patristic evidence that the Church does believe that Judas partook of the Communion let alone we read on Tuesday of the Pascha that Judas did partake of the communion.
The Gospel itself says that Judas partook of the Communion Luke 22:16-21.
Even art portrays Judas present at communion.
Let's not use our rational to rationalize the holy Tradition we received.
