A while back, I heard His Holiness talk about consequences and how there has to be just. My question is what mistakes are viable for consequences. What are the consequences, and who are they judged by?

I think at that time he also said that they are punished as a father punishes his child, for their own sake.....part of that is to keep that punishment a secret :-).
