Story of DAVID the king

hi guys..

its been years since i posted but good to see this is still going, strong as ever!

i was wondering if anyone knew any good books/links/documentaries about the life of David the King. I think his story is so amazing and wanted to read some in depth information about him during passion week.

could try 1 samuel 17-31, 2 samuel 1-24, 1 kings 1-2, 1 chronicles 10 -29 and all the psalms  ;)
