Having trouble playing videos

Does anyone know why the vidoes section on the following link not work?

When I click any video to play, the RealPlayer pause button quickly turns into the play button. It used to work like last week. I am using Internet Explorer 7 with Windows XP Media Center Edition. Any help please?!  :(

I tried the videos with Google Chrome and it did the same thing. You should contact one of the admins since it's a problem with the site and not your personal computer.
