Father God guitar chords?

The hymns 'Father God' and 'If you are Tired and Weary' are being played by the guitar. I REALLY want to know what the chords are. I don't know a better place to ask since someone must of heard it before.

It's on this site under Songs >> (then) English >> (then) Shepard of my Soul (That's the CD's name)

If anyone could find out for me it would be so wonderful to play and sing to these wonderful hymns.

    Are any of the songs on that album new ones written by Coptic Orthodox, or are they all modern Protestant ones?

    I remember many of the titles from my evangelical days, but don't know if they just have the same titles?

    Well, I am not sure, because one of the hymns on that CD is called 'My Coptic Church' so I guess that it's coptic. But the two hymns are on this site.

    Does anyone know? At all? Anyone who knows where I can find the chords for these two songs, please let me know. But probably no one knows because they don't know how to play guitar........
