O God who is eternal, everlasting and without beginning; whose wisdom has no limit and whose power has no bound; who created man from the earth and gave him a woman out of his side, that she may be a helper comparable to him as it befits Your lordship and goodness, because it is not good for man to be alone.

اللهُمَّ الأزلي الدائم إلى الأبد بغير إبتداء، الذي لا حد لحكمته ولا إنتهاء لقوته، الذي صنع الإنسان من الأرض، وجعل له امرأة من جنبه، ووفقها له معينة نظيره، كما يرضي ربوبيتك وصلاحك، لأنه لا يحسن أن يكون الرجل وحده.
Now, we ask You, O our King, to join Your two servants (…) and (…), to be united in one flesh. Let them enter into the law of happiness and abide in faithful teachings. Grant them a living fruit of the womb that they may rejoice in the birth of their children and live a peaceful life.

Prepare them in all good works through Christ Jesus our Lord; through whom the glory, the honor, the dominion, and the worship are due unto You, with Him and the Holy Spirit, now and at all times and unto the age of all ages. Amen.
