  Shere Theotoke is sung both in St. Mary's fast, and in Glorifications, and on St. Mary's commemorations, 21st of every Coptic month. Learn it like any other hymn, by learning one "hazza" at a time, and cementing it with the melismata before it.

  They mean the same thing, a hazza is a small section of the hymn or a musical phrase, and hymns are made of hundreds of these joined together. Just learn one "part" of the hymn at a time, and consolidate it by then linking it with the part before it.
