Well Vasilios I guess that she was forced by the king to do so, at that time no one can say anything to the king, but basically this is a question that came to my mind one day and I can't have an exact answer for it. If anyone else can answer that would be great.
I always thought its strange that bethsheba was washing herself in the open, i mean if david could see her from the balakona then she wasnt really doing her best to hide her naked body...
