Strange But True
There are more than one million animal species on Earth!
*The Elephant is one
of few mamals that can't jump!
*Bulls are colorblind;
therefore they will usually
charge at a matador's waving
cape no matter what color it
is...be it red or neon yellow!
*A giraffe can clean it's ears
with it's 21-inch tongue!
*The placement of a
donkey's eyes in it
head enables it to
see all four feet at all times!
*Camels have three eyelids
to protect themselves from
blowing sand!
*A hippo can open it's
mouth wide enough to fit
a 4 foot tall child inside!
Isn't it strange
...How everyone wants
front-row-tickets to
concerts or games,
but they do whatever
possible to sit in the
last row of the church?
...How we need to know about an event
for church 2-3 weeks before the day so
we include it in our agenda,
but we can adjust our schedule at the
last minute for other events?
...How we believe everything that
magazines and newspapers say,
but we question most of the words
of the Bible?
...How difficult it is to learn
a fact about God to share it
with others,
but how easy it is to learn,
extend and repeat gossip?
...How everyone wants a place in
heaven,
but they don't want to believe,
do, or say anything to get there?
It's strange, isn't it?

Stories For Every Place And Time ...
IN THE HEAT Of A CANdLe
Once upon a time, a A bee saw it in the process
butterfly saw candlelight and told it: "Watch out
and it was dazzled by its pretty butterfly, don't come
glow, so it came nearby near the flame, I almost got
to examine it close up, burned by it last night."
and then flew around it The butterfly replied, "Don't
admiring its appearence. worry. I'm careful and alert
I'm just circling to discover
what it is!"
And it kept spinning around
the candle until one of its

butterfly lost its balance, and
fell on the burning candle,
losing its life while saying,
"Whoever tempts danger
must fall in it one time."
WHO AM I ?
I'm the son of Pethuel,
from the tribe of Reuben. I
prophesied in the days of
Abya the son of Jeroboam
the son of Solomon the king.
I rebuked the people and
taught them and propheised
concerning the dwelling of
God in Zion, his passion,
and the coming of the Holy
Spirit, the comforter, upon
the holy apostles on the day
of pentecost. I prophesised that God said, "I will pour
out my spirit on all flesh; your
sons and daughters shall
prophesy, your old men
shall dream dreams, your
young men shall see visions." (? 2:28)
I prophesied also concern-
ing the going forth of the law
of the gospel from Zion when
I said, "The grain offering and
the drink offering have been
cut off from the house of the
Lord; the priests mourn, who
minister to the Lord." (? 1:9)
And I revealed that wars
will break out on the earth
after the advent of our
Lord Jesus Christ. I spoke
concerning the day of
Ressurection saying,
"The sun and the moon
will grow dark and the
stars will diminish their
brightness...the heavens
and earth will shake;
but the Lord will be
a shelter for his people." (? 3:15-16)
what I want you to do is Guess who this prophet is and guess the books!
